Competition Results!
It’s August 20, and the competition I started way back on July 21st is now over! Ten people took part and the lead changed hands on many occasions, going right down to the wire.
1st Prize:
The first prize was awarded to the entrant who scored the most points.
And The Winner Is: Pete @ quicktofit!
Pete won by just two points!
Bonus Prize:
The bonus prize was awarded to the entrant who made the best comment or blog post.
And The Winner Is: Spartan7
Spartan7 has consistently made solid comments throughout the competition but one or two he made got me out of a bit of a ‘woe is me’ hole and back on my feet. So, thanks man - I hope you enjoy the book.
Guys, I’ll be contacting you to get your postal addresses. I’ll be sending the prizes out this Friday (August 22).

That’s really great. I can’t thank you enough, as I really feel like you’re the one inspiring me. I really look forward to reading about your progress as your year goes on. For real, if you ever need more “pep talk” just shoot me an email. I’m here to help when I can and I’m behind you 100%. I felt in some way that if I didn’t get in my 20 minutes on some days, I was letting you down, whether I x-trained or not.
